Follow Along Programs
Our follow-along programs have been created with your fitness goals in mind. Each program focuses on a specific fitness skill, whether it's strength, endurance, power, or shredding. We provide not only the physical training program, but nutrition guidance and mindset guides. Each program is designed to promote a healthy lifestyle transition. All of this is made ready for you, all you need to do is take the first step and join!

Written by a certified coach, you can be confident in receiving seasoned experience, knowledge, and guidance. NUTRITION COACHING
Interested in reaching your goals and making progress toward positive change? In our nutrition coaching program, you will work with a certified nutrition specialist and receive personalized counseling, a tailored health plan, and encouragement to maximize your results.

MEET Thalia Watkins

Thalia Watkins is the head coach and owner of Grind Time Performance, a fitness company focused on building athleticism and performance. Prior to her passion for fitness, Thalia was a volleyball and lacrosse player at Columbia College. Her time there and in the SC Army National Guard have helped to build a competitive spirit ready for any challenge. Thalia believes in the transformative power of fitness to increase confidence, quality of life and help overcome pain. Thalia is not only a certified strength and conditioning specialist, but she also holds certifications as a nutrition specialist and a corrective exercise specialist. She is expected to graduate from Lionel University with a degree in Exercise Science in the Fall of 2023.
